Since GFCPass is not distributed through the App Store, macOS requires a few Terminal commands before you can run it. Open Terminal and run these commands:

# Allow it to execute
chmod +x ./GFCPass
# Sign the binary
codesign --force --sign - ./GFCPass
# Remove quarantine flag
/usr/bin/xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ./GFCPass
# Now run it
./GFCPass
